The most important steps for providing to a community is assessment of that community's needs. What exactly do the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered and other community members of Kern County need? What types of services, programs, and activities interest us? What types of programs would we be most willing to support?

With community support and involvement in mind, we would like to offer this survey as a quick and easy way to tell us your needs. Your input is not only important, but the key to determining the structure and function of a community center.
